Stored on your Mac

Your conversations, tasks and synced context are stored in an encrypted local database. Service credentials are kept in macOS Keychain.

Your choice of AI

Choose one AI and JARVIS uses only that one, with your own key or a local model. Relevant email content, instructions and memories go to the AI you choose, and only if it does not train on email: OpenAI, Claude, AWS Bedrock, a local model, or Gemini with billing enabled. Local storage does not mean offline processing.

You stay in control

The email workspace reads your Gmail without changing it. You choose the groups and confirm the memories. Group analysis does not send email or change your calendar.

What is JARVIS?

JARVIS is a personal AI assistant for everyday work, currently available as a macOS beta. Bring multiple Gmail accounts together, group related emails, add your own instructions and ask the AI you choose for analysis with source references. The current version is a private beta.

Who is it for?

JARVIS is designed for founders, consultants, agency owners and other client-facing professionals who spend much of their day in email and meetings. The interface supports English and Traditional Chinese, with Cantonese voice support.

Which Macs are supported?

The current beta requires macOS 12 or later and an Apple Silicon Mac, such as an M1, M2, M3 or later model. Intel Macs, Windows and Linux are not supported by the current release.

Do I need my own AI API key?

Use your own API key for the AI you choose, such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Kimi, Qwen or another OpenAI-compatible service, or a local Ollama model with no key. Provider usage charges are separate from JARVIS, and JARVIS does not provide hosted AI. The email workspace can also use your own AWS Bedrock configuration.

Does everything stay on my Mac?

Synced emails, group instructions and confirmed memories are stored on your Mac in an encrypted database. Analysis sends the relevant context to the AI you choose; a local Ollama model keeps it on your Mac. Group analysis results are shown in the app and are not automatically saved as memories. Voice services and connected apps have separate data flows.

Can JARVIS send emails or change my calendar?

The email workspace is read-only: group analysis cannot send emails or change your calendar. The separate general assistant can create Gmail drafts for you to review and send, and can create or change calendar events when requested. It asks you to allow each memory it saves, email it archives, event it deletes and follow-up it changes.

How do I join the beta, and what does it cost?

Request beta access using our application form. We’ll contact you as onboarding places become available. The current beta download is free; paid plans have not been announced. Any usage charges from your chosen AI provider are separate.
